The proximity to Fountain Creek and a walking trail alongside the creek were a real benefit. This property sits right at the Historic Manitou Springs sign. It's located within convenient walking distance to local cafes and restaurants, which is a real benefit if you're weary to get back in your vehicle after traveling all day. It sits directly to the south of Garden of the Gods and also has great views of Pikes Peak.
There wasn't anything I didn't like about my stay. However, the owner/manager mentioned they may be changing their pet policy. That would be a deal breaker for me staying again next year for my annual Colorado trout fishing trip.
