Location is wonderful. Rooms are always clean. Staff are so nice and accommodating.
Last night of our stay we got locked out of our room for 1.5-2 hrs. Something happened with the door lock ... resetting card key did not fix the issue and door was unable to opened by staff. They did let us move to another room while they were waiting for locksmith to come so we could collect our belongings.
The front desk person was so nice about everything and tried so hard to get the door unlocked.

Location
The luggage carts were nasty from rust, weather beaten and the wheels were terrible making it impossible to move effectively. The room was thin from supplies ( minimal towels, toiletries, pillows, no extra blankets etc. no bathroom fan so steamy after showers. The room door lacked any sort of security latch.
