There was a lot of guests on our floor creating a lot of noise and arguing out loud in the hallway late into the night. Will not stay there again

Our room (and the whole hotel) was super clean. Front desk staff very friendly and had good dinner recommendations. We were traveling by bike and had no issues bringing our rigs into the room. Hot tub was nice after almost 90 miles that day.

We stayed only for one night and everything was good. we did not enjoy the beach because it was late November and a rainy evening. it is located 20 min away from Historic St. Augustine.

Room looked old, needed updating. Cabinet doors off hinges on almost every cabinet. Tub caulking looked like it was bulging out. Couch had a giant rip on top. Not a good room.

My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn St. Augustine Beach was generally fantastic, with notable highlights in its convenient location close to beaches and city attractions. The accessibility to the beach and the proximity to key attractions added immense value to my experience. However, the only drawback was the room, which seemed a bit dated. Despite the aging room, the hotel's other amenities and services were commendable, and the welcoming atmosphere, along with its strategic location, made it a memorable stay. With a room upgrade or refurbishment, the Hilton Garden Inn St. Augustine Beach would undoubtedly offer an even more exceptional stay for future guests.

We were traveling and decided last minute to stop For night. Very late checkin. The staff member who helped us was very friendly and helpful. Even with computer issues she had us checked in her efficiently. The room and hotel lobby was very clean. Parking was plentiful even with us pulling a 12 foot trailer. Didn’t get to see much of the surrounding area. But it’s a two block walk to the beach.

Quick and easy check in process. The bathroom looks to have new updated fixtures which look good. The room was clean overall except for the door which could use a good cleaning and/or new paint and some mysterious stain on the back of the curtain.

Stayed here as it seemed to be in a good location. My daughter and I were in town for a concert at the Amphitheatre. Upon arrival reception was ok, once in the room we noticed we had a connected door and could hear the people in the other room. My daughter felt uncomfortable but we were running late and decided not to change rooms. Shower kept getting clogged, AC filter was really dusty. Horrible lighting in the room, the bathroom set up was weird. Sink is in the same area with shower so you have to wait for someone come out. We could hear noise from guests all night and day. This hotel definitely not work the $300+ We paid for a room. Very disappointed as we had save for months for this trip. When checking out was never asked how my stay was and had to wait for assistance. Should have stayed somewhere else for less $.

Very nice property and friendly staff. Only thing I would recommend is updating the uncomfortable mattresses. They seemed to be lopsided or maybe worn out.

We just finished driving 37 hours from Montana and arrived very early to the hotel. The lady at the front desk was so kind and let us check-in which we were all so thankful for. I didn't get her name but she had her hair in a tight ponytail & pretty eye makeup!

This Hilton is very well located, being just across the street from the beach. Restaurants are all in walking distance. My only complaint is the quality of towels in the bathroom. There are two few, no hand towels, and the bathhouse are the roughest towels I have ever felt anywhere. I believe the Hilton can do better with their linens.
