Good and location great

Location was great and price

No condition in bathroom. Phone in room did not work. Finished like paint were suboptimal. No extra pillows and bed was not comfortable

It worked just fine for the reason we were there for the weekend

It had a very nice breakfast, and the room was very clean and very nice. It was quiet at night we enjoyed our stay.

I know you remodeling, but it was the dust from the drywall that made my head real stuffy

I was disappointed

I liked the set up of the room and most of the front desk staff were friendly. The pool was nice.

The breakfast was ok but juice machine was broke the entire week and there was no other option such as water for drinks. The sausage and eggs were cold a couple days. Then there were a couple days I expected oatmeal since it was there the first day, but there wasn’t oatmeal. The construction was ridiculously loud. The people doing the work were playing the music loud and singing loud while working. Even though all this was late morning and afternoon when they were working, it didn’t make for a very relaxing atmosphere for the money paid for the stay there. Also the paint on the bathtub was chipping off so didn’t feel comfortable taking a hot bath. The microwave glass didn’t fit the microwave so when we used it, it sounded like it was off track. I was very disappointed in Hampton Inn this time. Hopefully the construction will soon be done and things will change.

Do NOT stay here!!!

There were so many problems here, first off they didn't specify anywhere they were going through construction, i have checked many sites and it doesn't say that anywhere. Pool was absolutely freezing, I'd say 60 degrees, we looked for the jacuzzi like they said they had and it was filled in with concrete. Got out and went to our room to take a shower and the shower didn't work, left it on for 10 or so minutes. Cold drafts coming from our windows that aren't even able to open. Tried getting our money back and Mary at front desk was absolutely rude. Blocked our numbers because we have been trying to get ahold of the general manager. Please please don't come here! Save your money and go somewhere else please!

Close and convenient location for our needs.

Well kept up, great staff, nice breakfast choices.

Fourth floor room we had first had a majorly strong adhesive smell or paint smell inside the room from renovations. We needed to be switched into a lower floor room. However, the staff made sure we were well taken care of.

The bathroom sink hardly ran and the toilet was broken, I had to fill the tank with the ice bucket filled with water!

Pleasant stay to allow us to celebrate with family!

Clean, well kept, everything worked as it should. We aren’t handicapped but room was. Appreciated the extra space. Breakfast was very good. No complaints!

it was a wonderful getaway for me and my fiancé and we are glad we stayed here

I loved the adult swim time. it was very nice and definitely took advantage of it!

I wish the hotel had a hot tub and a few more breakfast options like muffins or something along those lines

The room was lovely & very clean for the price.

Breakfast had a variety of food but several of the topping bowls for waffles & oatmeal had very little in them or were empty. The brown sugar had been left out & was hard.

We booked the Hampton in Saginaw instead of the location in Bay City because the information for the Saginaw hotel listed an indoor pool & hot tub. When we checked in we were informed that the pool was closed for maintenance. When I asked about the hot tub I was told that there wasn't a hot tub. If there is a change in the facilities the website needs to be updated so that people have the correct information when choosing a hotel to reserve a room.
