Un caos total

El trato de la Manager, fue amable ayudándonos con el problema de robo.

1- Alimentación: El primer día de Hospedaje no había desayuno. 2- Habitación: Olía a humedad, habían cucarachas y durante las 3 noches de hospedaje no limpiaron la habitación. 3- Robo: Al tercer día en la mañana nos percatamos que le habían robado las cuatro llantas al vehículo que habíamos rentado, esto en el parqueo del Hotel, por lo que tuvimos que realizar trámites con la policía local y el rentacar, no hay seguridad en el parqueo del hotel e indagando con personas vecinas del lugar y la policía, la zona es conflictiva en cuanto a crimen. Nunca nos había pasado algo así en un viaje, menos en un hotel que por el nombre de cadena comercial "Best Western" nos generaba mayor tranquilidad. Nos quedamos sin carro y gracias a dios no dejamos artículos personales dentro del vehículo, es inaudito que le roben las cuatro llantas del vehículo en el interior de las mismas instalaciones del hotel, para mala dicha el hotel no posee ni tan siquiera cámaras de seguridad en el punto del parqueo donde nos robaron. A raíz del robo nos quedamos sin vehículo, incurrimos en mayores gastos, dejamos de visitar los lugares previamente planeados para el viaje, perdimos tiempo en trámites administrativos y quedamos a la espera de que la aseguradora nos informe si es necesario el pago de algún monto deducible. Un caos total en nuestra primera visita a USA.

It was a good location. Comfortable but just okay.

Breakfast area was poorly provisioned. There were no coffee cups or forks. However a woman from the front desk went next door to a convenience store and bought some cups so I could have coffee, so I give her credit for that. Food was just okay. I expected a better experience at a Best western.

It was decent

It was close and walking distance to all the spots that we were going to.

The cleaning staff didn’t come and clean our room. We had been there since Saturday and no one came to clean our room even though we put the sign up on the door for them to make up our room. When I called the front desk they said that we had to inform the front desk that we wanted our room cleaned which we weren’t aware of. We were then told that they would try and find someone to clean the room but no one ever came.

Everything.....My family and I loved everything about this place.

I didn't like the fact that I didn't have enough time to try out the pool, because it was cold outside when I was there....

Disappointing

my room had a poorly hidden camera on my tv, me and girlfriend felt our privacy was invaded. we ofc noticed it and unplugged it after testing to see if it was apart of the tv. i’d like a refund or some course of action taken for this. (and yes i have video of the camera i stayed in room 324) i attached a picture below
