We had a very pleasant stay at Spark by Hilton in Houston this weekend. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and welcoming, but what really stood out was the exceptional service we received from Fahim. He greeted us warmly, was very helpful, and made sure we felt taken care of from the moment we arrived. He also happens to be super nice and charming, which certainly didn’t hurt! 😊 Excellent customer service and a great overall experience. We look forward to staying here again.

Very clean and quiet location my bed was so comfy I slept so good. The continental breakfast was ok.I wish they bad bacon and eggs but they did have decent bagels and toast. I will be coming back to Houston soon and will definitely book here again.

Location was good and staff was friendly.
Our toilet did not work . We called and two ladies came and said they fixed it. We were leaving to our event and did not check. When we got back at 1 am it was still not working. Super inconvenient. No discount was given for lack of use of toilet.
