Not staying here again

I only liked the location

How a guest claimed there were bed bugs in her bed, as we were arriving but the staff member got aggressive with her. Then when we went to my room I was concerned and had to check my beds. Came to find out that there were blood stains on the sheets and in the restroom they didn’t even wipe the blood off the wall close to the sink.

Awesome!!!

The staff was very nice and professional. The room was so nice and clean& we enjoyed the breakfast during our stay it was very good. Just a nice clean place to stay and wake up to a hot delicious breakfast.

Serving grits sometimes with your breakfast would be nice- but we still enjoy the bre

The location was convenient

The AC in the room was not cooling and when I went to tell them. They said there was not any rooms available to move me.

Value, quietness, comfortable room.

only one door opens with key card from parking lot. The reservation was under my name, on my credit card but desk person talked to my husband, gave him the key cards. Totally ignored me though I was the one to approach the front desk.

Our first room the lights went out but the tv was still on, we were moved to another room but the shower head was disgusting, there was this guest who kept hanging around the front desk & outside behind a door causing issues.

Disappointing

The staff was friendly. Ease of checking in and Checking out. A/c worked good. Quiet and relaxing.

The inside of the property is outdated. We only could watch one station on the tv. There were ants in the bathroom sink and counter. Old furniture. The hotel did not meet my expectations. It was no way near the standards of a 4 star hotel as indicated when booking.

Provided my needs for a short stay in the city, not luxurious but sufficed.

Met expectations for the price.

Good location...affordable...close to shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was ok, redundant. Staff was friendly. Room was clean.

Property and decor was dated. Furniture was old and worn. Most of the parking was in the rear of the building (a little uncomfortable when returning at night).

Car was vandalized, manager refused to view video. Drug users sleeping on the 3rd floor chairs. Rear security door did not lock. Manager refused to give us information to file a claim.

The location works. You could call it value for money. Don't expect more than functionality.

Everything was almost acceptable, location was good.

There is nothing aesthetically pleasing about the hotel. Looks like a lot of left over furniture placed in a room - colours and age of furniture, walls, tiles, carpets just don't match or work together. A little attention to this could add huge value. Unfortunately the rooms are not well sound proofed and conversations and general noises can be heard from other nearby rooms and passage ways.

We needed something decent in proximity of our night outing. This place served that.

Location and noise level were great. Staff were also very friendly.

Hotel interior could have been better. Shower pressure was lacking.
