With the situation that I encountered, the staff were really informative in helping me out. Enjoyed

My last stay which was 5+ years ago the breakfast was more the actual meal. Real sausage patties and had a waffle maker had scrambled eggs. Microwaveable things are still there, which is acceptable. Coffee was great!! The suite my family stayed in was amazing. All the amenities that we needed!

The front desk worker was amazing then catch his name but he was awesome… Besides the shower, everything else was great.

The guy at the front desk was awesome at check in and how my request came through. The room was good

306 the shower wouldn’t work right, the water kept turning off.

Good employees

hi the room, seems too dry at night, the staff was wonderful and helped me get some tea so i could clear my throat. I guess i had a reactions to the soap in the sheets and blankets.

my room on the first floor had noise and was dry feeling when I tried to sleep in the bed.

Breakfast was basic with only 1 choice egg, sausage and biscuit

Nasty and old and outdated

I only like the convience of being a few miles away from the casino and there was a grocery store and restaurants nearby

I was highly disappointed that the charge of 200.00 to 300.00 was set for this location with NOTHING being updated!! The bed and the linen was old and dated, the furniture was old and chair was stained, the bathroom had mold growing in the ceiling, the room was dusty and dirty, the TV we couldn't even see the score of a football game because they are old and outdated. For this location to be near such a beautiful updated Casino which was sold out, should have been cleaner and more updated for the price and the stay. If i had known the conditions of this location i wouldn't have invited family and friends, and we would rather have driven back home 3hrs instead of paying to stay at this filthy place!! RUN AND DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!! Other guests there was complaining as well and i hope they did complete their reviews as well as we discussed we would. I truly want a refund for the nastiness of this hotel stay.

Nice helpful staff...nice clean comfortable room... good value for money

Hot breakfast could have been better...mostly cereal, yogurt2 flavors, and pre- packed muffins

There was coffee and juice available 24/7 in the lobby. Easy access to a few stores.

There are no microwaves, iron or ironing boards in the rooms. There were some roaches in our bathroom. The breakfast wasn't hot, my biscuit was room temperature and not much to choose from.

Very good

The location was great. The property was very clean. Loved the fact that there was coffee and juice in the lobby 24 hours a day.

The room did not have a microwave. We had a handicap accessible room so it was very spacious but the outlets were not placed in a very accessible place. We had to crawl on the floor to plug in c-pap machine and other medical devices.
