One of the nicest Quality Inns that I have ever stayed at. Great location with a beautiful creek behind the hotel! We saw ducks, geese, and even a couple of elk. Loved the view and the pool!
It was a great stay! My kids always enjoy staying at the hotel during Summer visits to Cherokee. They love the creek and pool, and enjoy the breakfast selection!

Location was good. Not on the main street but only a mile and half away so that was nice. Rooms were super clean, beds were very comfortable, and barking was great.
I do think the staff could be a little friendlier. And note if you have children the Wi-Fi is hit or miss because you're in the mountains and also because of Any storms. And the TV said that we had cable channels but the whole 3 days we were there we never had any cable we only had regular like antenna channels. And when I asked about them she just said it was because of the service in the mountains. But that really sucks when you're trying to watch a football game and you told you have cable.

I liked the view to was beautiful!
The bathroom was dirty. Shower curtain 264 has a mildew shower curtain. For 200 a night I excepted better. The room was nice. Just not as clean as expected.
