The location and the price of the room… The hotel is quiet for the most part and the breakfast isn’t bad
The TV remote did not work… This is the second time I’ve booked a room in this hotel, and on both occasions, though remote did not work when I arrived… they are pretty cheap with room coffee. They only give you one pouch. Some of the lamps did not work in the room.

The staff was pleasant and helpful.
The tall outdoor sign isn't up, so it was difficult to locate the hotel. The furniture in the room was old and beat up. I was told we could turn off the AC, but there was not a way to do this. We were also told there would be coffee and a "grab and go" breakfast in he morning, but there was not.
