Best Western Plus Winslow Inn

Location was very convenient to highway and within driving distance of historic Winslow area. Rooms were nice and spacious and the beds were comfortable for sleeping. The large walk-in shower was nice.

Hot breakfast was included in our stay. Although the breakfast was good, there was only one staff member responsible for the entire breakfast area. When we arrived for breakfast there was no more eggs and no more bacon, so we had to wait for more to come out from the kitchen which took about ten minutes. This was because the only staff member was not only cooking, but restocking supplies and clearing tables. She did the best she could, but it was clearly evident the breakfast area needed additional staffing support.

Comfortable beds, good breakfast.

Great staff, great amenities/room and great breakfast.

I liked the size of the room, and the demographics of the people were nice. Most elderly and small families. Not a whole lot of noise was nice.

It was in a bit of a shady area. The parking lot was terrible. The rooms looked old despite the updates. I didn't like seeing only one attendant running the check in. Every time I went down there she was busy or looked overworked. Y'all need to hire some backup. The pool area was still under construction despite my calling the day before I booked. Scaffolding shouldn't be in the pool area. The hallways were narrow and dank, elevator was small- we used the stairs the whole time. The breakfast was near empty when we went down. Had to leave to get breakfast. It just was meh. A place to sleep and get out of.
