Do not recommend even for homeless!!!

EVERYTHING, customer service, quality, family ilities were horrible, water smelled like rotten eggs, room had a musky smell, we did not stay longer than one hour

The location.

the false advertising. I booked this hotel because it stated it had 1-twin bed and 2-full beds. This hotel only has full bed. very disappointed.

you really do get what you pay for

the location and how close you had stores, gas station, and restaurants.

after a drive of 7 hours to check in at noon for an event just shortly after arriving. we were met with the staff letting us know that check in time was at 3pm. the hotel was book because we needed time to get ready. well after our event, we checked in and got up to the room. when we walked in the room smelled really bad. we ended up wasting good perfume to mask the smell. it help it a little. then while checking out the room there was a big hole in the wall. the parts that exposed the shower plumbing were visible because of the opening. wondering if an animal may have gotten in to seek warmth during the cold time. we checked up and down but it was all clear. trying to get parking was also a hassle after more guest started showing up. it was a small parking lot.

the office was locked had to wait in the dark outside for them to buzz me in for a key, I asked for extra towels that I didn’t get, I had to call them because they left no toilet paper in the bathroom. too expensive for what we got

It was ok.

Location. Close to area I needed to be.

Bed was nosey. $15 fee per pet. Your website did not state this information. Their coke vending machine took $3.00 and they cld not resolve. No coke for me. They state its a known issue. Ice machine broken but they provided their own after they saw I attempted to get ice. It's a good place to stay for one day.

Very small parking lot, no toiletries, confusion on the checkin time, but a clean room

The room was clean. Nothing else stands out as a positive. But the website wants more to type despite there not being anything else, so now it's just filler to meet the min when the only part we liked was that the room was clean.

The room had one small trash can. There weren't any toiletries. The mini fridge did not get very cold. Bathroom light was half missing. The AC was very loud when cycling and there wasn't a setting to keep the fan going. VERY small parking lot Website indicated 12.00pm check in; arrived at 12.00pm and the clerk said check in is 3.00pm and they have been trying to get it corrected; so now we had 3 hours to waste. After paying the receipt from the hotel listed check in at 12.00pm!

Don’t do it!

It was decently priced for my budget. When I asked to be refunded for the room 10 minutes after we checked in, the office clerk was helpful and I was refunded immediately.

The neighborhood was questionable. Once we got into the room, we saw the curtain rod was broken and barely hanging to cover the window. There was a cigarette butt IN THE WALL, and the ceiling in the shower was falling through. It looked like someone had tried to patch it, but it had fallen off too. The room was advertised as two full, one twin. It was barely big enough for the two fulls. The tv didn’t work either.

I appreciated the fact that the staff went to great lengths to make sure I was comfortable.

I didn't like the fact that I booked a handicapped room and wasn't given that room. If someone decides to extend their stay, they should be moved and the person that reserved that room for a particular night should be given that room or at least have some of the rate comped. Just my opinion...this has happened before.

there were 8 flies in our room that we had to kill, there was no remote for tv and when we got it it was not programmed so we could not watch the news.

It’s a motel. I didn’t expect much but batteries in the tv remote and hot water would have been nice. Both were lacking.
