A little pricey for the quality, great customer service though.

Great location, very friendly staff.

The bed was super uncomfortable, the carpet turned your feet black and sticky. I seen a couple small roaches by the snack area and ants all over the counter at breakfast

Misleading information that led us to book here ended in disappointment. We won’t stay again.

They weren’t full. Easy to get to room.

We got this hotel for the indoor pool, they didn’t tell us until after we paid it was closed. Lots of noise (thin walls). Bed was not comfortable. Breakfast was almost nonexistent.

Room was quiet

bathroom needs attention Shower floor, stained, grab bar, shower grout cleaning, commode bowl dirty, insufficient towels for 2, they were frayed. Lamp shades needed replacing. Rest of room clean. Not up to LQ standards of past.

Didn't stay no pool was my thing.

La Quintas are usually nice to stay at, It had rooms available.

The pool was closed and on a weekend for maintenance, also customers that were there also mentioned that every time they stay the pool is closed. I didn't take the chance because it didn't sound to promising that it would open while I was, there so we arranged stay at a more accommodating hotel.

I was not happy with this property at all.

the bathroom was a mess. it looks like it was repainted and no one took the time to clean up. the first 2 days we had a noise in the room which ended up being something loose on the roof, it started raining the 3rd day and the window was leaking. we were moved to a new room the last night stay.

overall it was clean and tidy.

Firstly, the toilet was not properly cleaned and had some visible stains. Secondly, the air conditioning unit was very noisy and emitted an unpleasant odor. Lastly, one of the bedside lamps was not working.

Loved everything about it the breakfast was great the place was clean and very relaxing. I love the fact that you could access your room from different doorways so you didn’t have to walk far with your luggage.

The pool was out of service which was upsetting because that’s the reason I booked it. Other then that it was great !

Passable

The young girl that helped us check in was AMAZING. She was so kind, and helpful. And didn’t seem inconvenienced by any question or concern we had. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The pool was absolutely disgusting. There was a bandaid floating in the water. Just overall nasty. The whole room upon entering smelt like wet dog. The hot tub was so dirty, that it looked BLACK. We didn’t even attempt to get in the water.

A beautiful and restful stay

The room was exceptionally clean, quiet and comfortable. The location was excellent. The breakfasts were very good, and the staff was amazing.

The strobe lights on the smoke/fire alarm were facing the bed and were literally impossible to mute or turn off. I will always notice these whenever I am in a Hotel as I want to be alerted if there's a fire, but have never had a strobe light so bright that it keeps me awake. I solved the problem by placing a piece of clothing over it as I couldn't sleep with the lights flashing all night. Relocating these would likely be a huge expense, but perhaps a way to dim the lights by using an amber colored paint or covering would allow the lights to be seen but not be distracting one's sleep.

Short and not sweet.

Location was nice. The king suite was a very nice size.

The room look like it was under construction recently. There were paint chippings all on the floor along the baseboards. There were multiple spots on the walls were the paint was scratched off and missing. The TV cable was very staticky. Last but not least we saw TWO ROACHES. One on the wall and one ALIVE IN THE FRIDGE. Very disappointing.

I arrive late, tired and brain dead. The front desk clerk makes my check-in easy, quick. The room is clean, comfortable.

The helpful efficient staff, the quiet, and the Tesla charger (a real plus on a long trip).

All good.
