Our stay was okay, would have been better if quieter upstairs.

The breakfast was good. Very good coffee. My sister had a procedure at the hospital and the location was very convenient. The beds were comfortable and I really appreciated the room darkening shades. There was plenty of room for us to move around in the room. Everyone that worked there was very friendly.

There wasn't any ice unless you purchased it. Our floor didn't have an ice machine and when we asked we had to buy it. There were very noisy people in the room above us and when we told the person at the front desk about it, nothing was done. It went on until after midnight. My sister had to be at the hospital early and we needed to rest. There was also only one working elevator for 4 floors. The other one never responded to the call button and there wasn't a sign to tell anyone that it was out of order.

I have stayed here three times now and have never ate the breakfast it would be nice if the time was extended to 10:00 a.m.

One night getaway

Beds were very comfortable and the rooms were nice and cold. The swimming pool was heated and very nice.

We stayed on the 3rd flood and one of the guest was smoking skunk weed and the whole floor smelt of it. At least go outside and do your private busy.

Close to the UMC hospital

The furniture was clean but beat up, the box spring covers were torn. All table tops were scratched and some dings were showing.

Great place to stay with kiddos!

The rooms were nice and spacious and very clean. The pool was also really nice and clean. We all enjoyed our stay. The Staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was also very good. I had asked for an extra set of sheets and they delivered them straight to my room and rather quickly. Super satisfied with my stay! 😊

The room was spacious and the breakfast was nice.

There was a family with kids that kept doing backflips off the wall between the pool and hot tub. They need to monitor the pool a little better when it is full.

Came for my son graduation from TEXAS TECH.

The front desk service was exceptionally helpful, upon arriving and departing I came by myself left early morning the night service walked me to my vehicle I thought that was great.

The ice machine didn’t work on my floor couldn’t get ice. The furniture needs to be updated in the room the couch was horrible. The inside of the toilet bowl wasn’t cleaned under the lip of the toilet. The room just needed a better up keeping

Disappointing

The rooms were roomy. The bathroom was also good sized. I liked that there was a pool.

I requested extra blankets and towels. Didn't get them. I requested a late check out. Didn't get it. I requested all my room be close or at least on the same floor. Didn't happen. My room was not very clean, and the bathroom needed some work. My requests were made ahead of time, at least a week in advance.
