Everyone was very friendly & helpful from the beginning! It was close to the event center, it was comfortable & clean! 10/10

Clean comfortable beds and stayed cool.
You can hear everything. We were lucky the noise died down before bed but you can hear a lot. Bathroom could use some updates and scrapping of paint off tub.

The breakfast was okay, location was central to other destinations.
Overall the hotel didn’t feel or smell very clean. There were a lot of untidy details in the lobby, the hallways smelled unclean. The bathroom in my room had a strong horrible greasy smell, supposedly they came to clean it while I was out but it didn’t get rid of the smell. The pillows were the worst pillows I’ve ever had at a hotel
