The staff was so amazing. I made a mistake in booking. They worked through it with me and didn’t charge me extra (they could have - game weekend).
Nothing the hotel did. Just very noisy. People don’t think about being quiet during sleeping hours when they come in early hours of a.m.

I loved the cleanliness and the location! We didn’t really need any assistance with the staff. The woman who checked us in was really nice. I will most definitely stay there again next time we are in town!
I did not NOT like anything. I can’t complain at all. It was good overall!

Facilities and staff exceeded expectations.
They added a bogus charge for over inflated bottle of water that we left untouched in the room. Had a sign hanging on the water indicating you would be charged $8.00 for it if consumed. The charge showed up on our credit card one day after we checked out. I called hotel and clerk said only a manager could override the charge. Clerk said a manager would call back. After 2 days and no call back I called hotel and spoke to the manager who immediately reversed the charge.
