Older property that needs a renovation to be competitive

Facilities is run down -- common halls and elevators are dirty. Paint falling off the walls everywhere. Room has an odd scent.

Overall, the stay was great! It was so easy to get to the United supermarket arena.

The staff were friendly and always helpful. Our extended family met in the afternoon in the breakfast area to eat pizza and for my son to open graduation gifts. I offered to sweep, wipe the tables and take the trash out. The friendly front desk employee told me not to worry and that she would do it for us. The common areas and rooms were very clean. The employees that cleaned our rooms were friendly, too. I just wish we would have had time to swim in the fun looking pool.

The key cards to the room kept deactivating but, the employees were always happy to redo.

Ok for the price

Room was for the most part clean. Day staff amazing.

Night staff, the handicap shower was broken, and bed was not as comfortable .

The location was perfect, staff was great, a/c was great, the place was clean , it just needed a little updating.

Disappointing

AC worked well and breakfast was good.

No water in swimming pool, gym was under construction, had dogs in next room whining, warm water in shower first night, all outlets didn't work along with TV when arrived, had to have staff work on/reset breaker.

Comfortable, safe, standard property

Property was very close to Texas Tech Campus. I went for a graduation and it took no time to get there and back. I really enjoyed how polite the front desk was. I asked to be put on the same floor as my friends, and check in early because of my flight and he was able to do both.

Parts of hotel were under construction, so the gym was closed, and outdoor pool was unavailable.

Security was bad. Unlocked doors to outside … and someone worked my room door handle at 4am. Luckily, my dog barked.

The room itself was clean and pillows were great lol!!!

The water pressure was low and the people next door were very loud in the middle of the night. Back exit door was kept open with a damm sandal as a stopper :/

It was clean

Did not get the room I booked for. I booked one with a kitchenette I just got a regular room. I would have booked somewhere else cheaper for a regular room. Front desk person it wasuke og well. It's not there fault

it was a comfortable bed to sleep in for a concert and that’s all I needed, but will not ever stay there again

it was very convenient location, the concierge was very friendly and housekeeping staff was friendly

it was very dirty, I was very relieved that I brought my Clorox wipes because that room was so dirty, there was sticky stuff all over the dresser and the desk and the bed cover had some crusty stuff in a few places, 🤢
