It was good value for a money.

Clean room, one hour away from Death valley.

Pretty noisy heater in the room. There was no shampoo in the room.

Good place, worst wifi, oldfashioned

the room was rather oldfashioned but very clean and well maintained. it felt a bit like a time capsule.

the map of the property you get at checkin is absolute not understandable, looks like made with excel. once you find your room, you will have to choose one of about 20 wifi-networks with different passwords, only to find out none is working properly.

Very good price under $70 but bathroom needs more towels/washcloths, towel racks. nice pool & garden

We especially liked our customized omelette, & good, friendly service. Really liked the pool area. The pool was inviting, & clean plus liked the shape, & garden area well manicured & very nice, overall, that made a relaxing feel. I didn’t get to swim, but got to lounge around the pool & had it all to myself. :)

There weren’t adequate towels in bathroom….only a single face towel & washcloth even though we were two people staying. We were very tired after a long, hard day & didn’t like that one of us couldn’t shower without first going back to the front desk for more towels since there wasn’t maid service in the evening. The front desk was apologetic & had more towels waiting for us.

Superb

It was very close to exceptional as you would get in a 200 dollar a night motel...clean big rooms. Comfortable beds. That's what I care about...sometimes you don't get even that in big pricey rooms. It is highly recommended by my wife and self.

I was forced to leave the property because of my oxygen equipment needed to stay plugged in.

The property was easy to get to and clean for the most part.

The hotel was over run by crickets and I wasn’t able to sleep. I’m oxygen dependent and was turned away from the the hotel because of it.

everything bad location no coffee pot or microwave poorly made. If you are any room below beware the people upstairs will sound like they’re coming through the ceiling. The Buffet did not impressed me

Will probably stay here again if I needed to. Just don’t have high expectations.

Room was easily accessible from the parking lot.

The front desk over charged me and it took 3 business days before they were able to fix the problem and refund the money. Also, there was dried up urine on the toilet.

Super slow checkin, OK place to stay, no extra bed sheets

Size of the room, cleanliness in general. The bathroom was nice and clean. The hot tub is great!

Their checking process is notoriously slow! There were only 3 groups of people in front of us when we arrived and we probably waited for 30-40 min until we got our keys... this is way too much. Either fix your software or have multiple stuff checking in people in parallel. There is only one very thin bed sheet. It's cold in December. We asked the staff to provide us an extra bed sheet, but they don't have any spare ones. The answer was to use the air conditioner to heat the room. I need silence to be able to sleep, don't want the air conditioner to come on and off all the time... Also, there is significant noise when people walk on the balcony. I was able to sleep this time (perhaps there were not many guests when we stayed there), but it's annoying to be woken up by that...

Best for casino lovers

Room was large and clean. Food was homestyle American cooking, ok but nothing special. plenty of parking. Not. gambler so didn’t use the casino

The casino is the public area of the hotel. There are no public area eg lonuges etc away from the gaming machines

Good price, easy parking, clean

No sound insulation from the room above me. When they just normally walked across the room, it sounded like loud stomping. The electrical outlet near the desk did not work. No USB outlets either.

Room was clean and spacious, location was good and price was reasonable. Casino access was good.

Rooms and building are dated, manual keys and no safe in the rooms. Beds wasn't comfy, old.
