BJ is very sweet and definitely made the stay wonderful. Breakfast was great as well.

The bed was clean and comfortable. The room smelled of soap but that soon dissipated. The staff was welcoming, kind, and attentive.
The exterior of the property was a bit littered.

Location was fine, the motel was easy to find and get in to. Price was great. You really can't beat $50 buck a night for a room anymore. The receptionist BJ was very friendly and even called before we got there to be sure that I meant to book 2 rooms. The shower had very good water pressure and the bed was very comfortable.
This was not the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in but it was definitely in the top 5. I knew what to expect when I booked a $50 hotel room though, and it was far from disgusting. There was hair in the tub, trash in the can, and the bed skirt was dirty. Cobwebs in the corners.
