I did not have to worry about stairs. The walk from and to the car was a short distance.
The shower head was a little old.

I have to say that the staff here go
Out of their way to accommodate you and your requests.And I stay here everytime I come to Syracuse,on my last stay I dropped the remote cursor to my laptop without realizing it. I assumed I lost it somewhere else until my recent stay which was three weeks later.On my first morning there I went to get coffee off property,when I returned my room was cleaned and my laptop remote that I lost was sitting on the desk. I couldn’t believe they kept it for three weeks and knew who to return it to.This is the reason Red Carpet Inn is the only place I stay.They’re all amazing people!!!
I have absolutely no complaints about the hotel whatsoever.Im always satisfied when I stay there.

The location to the airport was convenient. The beds were comfortable. Staff was pleasure, but hard to communicate with.
After checking in and I went to check the room for cleanliness. When I opened the door the first thing I noticed was the window was open, then the smell of old cigarette smoke hit. As I walked around looking for bedbugs ( found none), I noticed the light fixture were dusty. The rooms need to be updated, everything it very dated. The smell got less stronger, we last the air amd window open for circulation.
