Its a place to sleep
Very old furniture in there, the bed sounded like wrestling ring and it was way too high. The building smelled like black water. There was old washed stains on the sheets. The soap products were in dispensers hanging on the wall. Thete was a dead cockaroach on the floor: at least it was dead and not alive

Room was very clean and staff were friendly.
I stayed here last year and the breakfast was much better. I know that it is complimentary but there was hardly anything there to eat. I just wish they would have kept it like last year.

I booked a smoke free room and when we got there the rooms smelled like smoke, could hardly sleep it smelled so bad, and are neighbors had the TV on the whole night

I didn't like nothing about the stay there.
Room#238 smell like someone urinated all the room asked for another room #228 had bedbugs and flies was flying all in the room. Just nasty and dirty.

Night clerk was very nice. The room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. It was a good value through the bookings app.

It was super easy to reserve. Location was really good as well!
Room was not clean. There were roaches in the bathroom. There was no soap bars, only dispensers in the shower. Shower was gross. Fridge froze our drinks.

Hard to change the location… having the staff deal with us behind a security window did not make me feel safer!!

They waited till after I paid to tell me that they pool was closed even though it looked perfectly fine and that there was no complimentary breakfast

Housekeeper
No breakfast bad tub drainage roaches. Owner talking to the staff unprofessional. Housekeepers were nice and didn't mind recleaning the room. People letting their dogs waste in the parking lot.

Outdated, dirty floors, tables, and bathroom sink/tub drainage was very slow. Coffee pot was dirty and one of the cups had hair in it.

it had running water
there was a lot of roaches in our room and that was my first time going through that in a hotel. my boyfriend and I went to the front desk ladies to be asked to switch rooms but they didn’t want to do that because we went though an app. they said that they couldn’t put us in a new suite since we booked online I thought that was horrible. because even though we did go through a third party to book, at the end of the day it’s about good customer service. it seems clear to me now that that isn’t thief main focus. Horrible experience
