SECOND WORST HOTEL STAY!!!!

That it was close to where we was going and close to the market.

1. The staff weren't friendly, they always watched from a room above when we returned to are room at night, seemed to always be walking around are room and vehicle. 2. The room was filthy, and unsafe. There were holes in the ceiling and floors. The walls were unfinished. We had a floor heater that triggered the breaker and our lights went out. 3. In the restroom there was blood spotting in the corner behind the toilet, was hair in the shower from previous customers. Bath towels or mat was dirty. 4. And my second child found a needle in the bed. 5. Didn't appreciate the staff harassing are relatives about there dogs and wanting to charge them more even after they paid. 6. I have pictures from are stay. 7.vending machines charging more then the amount posted on machine. 8. NO ICE MACHINES. 9. staff cleaning breakfast area bare footed. 10. I BELIEVE WE DESERVE COMPENSATION FOR ARE AWFUL STAY!!

Please READ! Your family deserves much better

Nothing. Highly dissapointed

Rude staff. When you complain about not having heater and hot water they Scream at you. Nothing against other cultures, but this indian owned or runned “hotel” has been our worst experience ever. Super dirty parking lot and room, vomit on walls, no towells, no room service/ cleaning. I’m amazed how it is even possible that Wyndham put their name on this horrible place. Also Booking.com is to blame as they endorse and publish a horrible place where hospitality, service and cleanliness are Non existent. No lobby staff between 7 and 11pm. Pictures misleading, you believe to be going to a nice and cozy room wich has not been moped in weeks. Staff do not speak to english, let alone have the ability to solve problems and make you feel welcome. In 2 of 4 rented rooms we had no hot water, and the heaters did not work. They brought electric heaters from Home depot after hours of us being checked in. Staff always trying to improvise to solve dozens of problems, not trained to manage a hotel, agressive and disrespectful to a line of customers claiming for better service. This hotel is a shame and hopefully will be out of business soon so no other visitor feels ripped off. STAY AWAY, your family deserves Much better.

You would be better to stay with the pigs at the farm.

Amazingly disappointing, I would recommend this place to my enemies, demons, meth years and arsonist. This is one of those finds and places that you’ll eternally regret going to, while on your death bed. The staff was overly friendly with their curse words. The property was as clean as an alley in the rough part of San Francisco, yes that bad. The location, is the only thing that this property has going for it, anywhere else, it would be rented by the hour.

Did we mention the staff was at their finest? The owner literally came out cursing, not understanding American culture or check in procedure via prepaid booking. Me thinks he’s a little off in the head.

Okay, but expensive for the experience.

Good location. Overnight staff helped with noise complaints. Breakfast was fine.

We were denied early check in after confirming that we would be let in at 2:30pm. Ended up being admitted at 2:45pm, but we had to get ready for a wedding in the lobby bathroom. Lobby bathroom was out of hand soap and the floors were dirty. Floors were dirty in the room as well. No sound proofing between floors, could hear every footstep from the room above us.

I'd say the best part was when I was leaving but even that was a pain in the ass had to argue with the guy at the front desk to get a paper receipt for my company he just kept saying he would email it even after me asking multiple time .

Place was absolute trash I expected more for the cost . The ac was a window unit that looked to be from the 90s and didn't keep the room cool . The sound didn't work on the TV. The bed wasn't comfortable at all . I'm honestly surprised I wasn't asked to pay by the hour it was trashy like that . The pictures on thier website are old pictures it looks nothing like that in person.

Kind of a dump.

Beds fairly comfortable. Breakfast wasn't bad.

Window curtains would not close because they were falling off the rod. Room got no maid service.

At least we weren't there to hang out in the hotel, it was not worth the price we paid ro stay.

The best part about this hotel was the waffles.

This place looked completely different from the pictures. The pool was closed and nobody came to clean the room during our stay.

The location was very good.

The swimming was not in service it was empty. The weather was extremely hot and we couldn't swim. The hotel did not advise the pool was out of service prior to booking. This was reason I booked here. There was also a giant skip in the parking lot full of rubbish. Just in front of rooms this was disgusting to look at and did not smell very good. The air conditioning did not work well. The hotel did not fix or change my room when I brought to attention. There were not instructions or guides on the TV use. My wake up call was not given when I requested. The breakfast was very minimal and often no forks available the drinks machine was out of order and area was not staffed. So huge pile of plates later in morning.

It’s a good thing that they’re renovating the premises. The room was comfortable so was the shower. They were both clean but one of the small bottle of lotion was dirty so I didn’t use any of them. However the brand they use for the soap and the other body lotions is a good brand. Breakfast was very good a typical American breakfast with eggs, waffles, fruits, bread, muffins etc and juice and water.

The smell of the encens they were burning in the front desk was too strong. Something lighter would be more pleasing to the nose.

The man at the counter was pleasant when we checked in and the room was at least clean. It wasn't worth what we paid though.

The pictures and booking sites don't say anything about the pool being completely torn out and basically used as storage. There were exposed pipes in the bathroom where a sink or vanity used to be. There was no vent in the bathroom either and the window couldn't be opened because it looked directly into someone's backyard. The mattress was horribly uncomfortable and the air conditioner was horribly loud everytime it kicked on. The cable was out as well. None of this showed in the pictures, the website, or was communicated to us.

Terrible!! Disrespectful!

This hotel is falling apart, is dirty and they didn’t say anything about their pool not working! The people managing the hotel are very rude, and treated us very badly with one of them yelling at us and calling us mother f*^*ers! Also charged us $200 for the sink that broke in our room! Outrageous

We cancelled our reservation upon arriving and ended up driving back to Albuquerque.

The pool and spa was under construction or maintenance and not available. Large dumpster in parking lot was overflowing with garbage, not contruction, just garbage.

where it’s located and the price.

The pool and hot tub were all torn up for “remodeling” with a dumpster and construction trash all over, yet the entire time I never saw anyone working on it. It has a giant plexiglass dome over it, so it is the focal point of the hotel and looked bad. dead hanging plants there and if there was plants in the planters around the property they were dead. I really wanted a hot tub, on Booking.com no mention of it being drained and closed. The ice and soda machine were broken. no soda and if you want ice you have to walk all the way to the “laundry” facility. TV was small and the cable went out, so one night no TV. There was carpet, broken furniture and misc trash all over, no remodeling activity. Housekeeping staff had no uniforms, didn’t speak English. Water pressure in the shower was terrible.
