Location and clean.
The shower didn’t have hot water. Not a big deal in the summer, but still should be addressed.

It's very clean and comfortable.
There were some missing items, such as the door lock. Also, the floor leading into the bathroom was damaged. Tripping hazard.

They didn’t accommodate disabled needing first floor room even tho we checked in right at check in time . Seemed they had a lot of availability on first floor. Very wrong. We had already booked couldn’t back out cuz we had booked online and no money back
