I love the new style feel to the hotel. The location was fantastic especially since it was close to the Alamodome. The employees were very friendly and professional.
Only negative I would have is that the coffee machine wasn’t properly cleaned.

The location was perfect for us because it was right around the corner from my graduation, which made everything so convenient. The hotel was very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The room had everything we needed, and we felt comfortable during our stay. We were only there for one night, but I honestly wish we could have stayed longer. I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in the area.
More of a pet peeve, especially since it seems like all hotels are doing it now, but I didn’t like that we had to pay for parking. There really wasn’t anywhere else to park, and since we were traveling with a large group, the parking fees definitely added up. We were told we could park on the street, but we would be taking the chance of getting a ticket. Since I’m not from the United States, I definitely wasn’t willing to risk that.

The hotel had a nice feel … trying to be sort of upper class and funky, but it really is still the best western.
The worst thing about the property and I will be calling about this maybe even the city of San Antonio - there was very loud drag, racing right out our window all night long. Neither one of us got any sleep. If you guys wanna keep this hotel afloat, you need to work with the city and the police department to get a stop to this.
