Good place but please keep it clean and maintained.

Easy access to the beach and indoor swimming pool. Size of the room and the kitchen.

It was dirty, found a toy under the bed ( impossible not to notice if someone had cleaned the room), dust, mosquito screen was broken, parking fees.

I had a great time with my family but the stay was disappointing this time and probably won’t stay again.

Location is fantastic! I love that it has a pool and hot tub!

They charge you now for parking which they didn’t until he past! 9 a day! Also sounded like someone was trying to get into my room at 3 in the morning and when I reported it they seemed to care less. The place was not cleaned properly when I arrived. Also I had whasher and dryer and did not realize dryer didn’t work and they told me basically get over it they were taking them out anyways! Can never get into hot tub always full.

Do not recommend. Bugs and leaks.

Close beach access.

Our room had multiple roaches and a leak from the ceiling after some rain. When we asked to move rooms (we have a baby who crawls all over the floor and we used his sand bucket to catch the leak), the staff was less then empathetic (no “sorry” or anything to soften the inconvenience or accept responsibility for the issues). When they finally agreed to move us, it was first to a room with the ceiling falling in on the deck, then to a 2nd room with dead roaches on the floor upon arrival. When we finally got the 3rd room, it took us 2 hours to move our stuff and we had to do it into a completely different building, in the rain, while the elevators were shut down due to a storm (2nd and 3rd floor rooms - again, with a baby). The closest laundry building was out of order, and the next closest was a hike from our building. Clearly, there were way more negative experiences here then positive.

Overall it was amazing. We would stay again!!

Location, friendly staff, room was clean, there was a washer & dryer in our room, and multiple pools!

We could hear everything happening in the room next to us. There’s only one entry/exit to get to the beach… it was pretty far from our building and our kids did not like the walk.

Very nice room. Very clean. Spacious.

The walk to the beach. I thought we were a lot closer than we were. They said a 7 min walk, but that's meant for young in shape people not carrying beach stuff with them. They need mosquitoe spray available this time of year. They were horrible around the pool.

Excellent value for the money. Two bedroom unit was spacious and complete with kitchen. Frankly if I’d known the quality of the property before our trip, I would have planned for a longer vacation!

Was very disappointed

No breakfast. Ask for 2nd or third floor got stuck on first floor with just dirt and sand and weeds to look at. Could not see nothing

Overall GREAT stay 9 out of 10!

Customer Service was exceptional! From my first encounter with the security guard until check out, everyone was MORE than helpful! The unit was large and the amenities were awesome. The bed felt amazing!!!

The sofa sleeper cushions and bottom need attention. The elevator needs to be service, so the Floor Levels appear.

Better than expected!

The bed was extremely comfortable! Extra towels were readily available in the closet. The room and bathroom were both spotless.

I wish parking were included in the rate. I also wish the proximity to the beach access was more accessible to the unit. The walk was hard with chairs and towels, so we drove closer to get to the beach.

Fantastic experience!

Clean, comfortable and fantastic location! Great beach access, shops, grocery stores, restaurants less than a mile away, an easy walk! Everything we needed! Great family set up and great amenities for guests on site!

Name of property did not match the rental info and was a little difficult to locate at first. Not much signage at the office to show we were at the correct property! The extra fee for parking was a surprise at $9per day... should have been included more prominently in rental info.

My family's stay at Atlantic Beach Resort was exceptionally enjoyable.

Liked: Check-in was quick and easy. The front desk clerk was so friendly and helpful even as late in the evening as it was.; The easy beach access and cleanliness of the room.; Spacious shower and room in general.

When we went to our room, there was garbage and other remnants left from our other guests. No other room had such eyesores. However, staff was quick to remove it all from outside the room once it was alerted to the issue, to their credit.

It was the perfect little getaway and I plan to go back.

There was no breakfast. The location was perfect. Close to everything, including the beach. There was a pool and a splash pad for kids. The room was very nice. And private.

The tv in the bedroom didn't work. But we don't usually watch it in bed anyway so it didn't matter to me.

Beach, indoor pool. Good clean room, large and fit us all.

Hot tub was lukewarm. Parking - it was not disclosed up on Booking that we had to pay $9 per day to park!

The room could of been cleaned better, fridge was dirty and mold in shower. But the pricing was reasonable.
