Staff was busy but helpful
Lamps in room had non working bulbs
Entrance door had issue lock wasn’t fitting good and electric lock beeped
Had nesting bird issues and eggs were similar to rubber

The elevator.. my room did have a lot of noise due to the renovation during the day when I was trying to sleep during the day!
My room did have a lot of noise due to the renovations, I couldn’t sleep during the day.. I came to rest and relax.
It was ok cause I am not generally a complainer, so I did not address it to the front desk.

The room was clean, comfortable, and beautiful view. The pool was nice. The staff very friendly. The breakfast great. Definitely going back.
Everything was great for us. Especially since it was our 1st time in Galveston

The location was great
The pool was nasty. Our bathtub would only work as a shower. The breakfast area was way too small to accommodate all guests.
