Wish was told that elevator was down before stay

Breakfast was decent, new towels given everyday, and decent tables for breakfast

Why, oh why did I have to state in caos for my vacation??

The breakfast was great. It was one of the best varieties I have ever had. and The indoor pool was nice, being 85 degrees, and it was clean with enough towels for everyone.

I was not aware that the hotel was under a renovation when I booked. The elevator was down, the carpet was being pulled up, and the trim was not present. The walls were being replaced as well. We were on the third floor, and if I had known that all this was happening, I would have stayed elsewhere. I have remodeled my house in the past and didn't want to relive it.

Good family vacation

Beds, room, hot water, breakfast, bathroom supplies were all good.

Outdated pool, stains in the battub, and small tv.

Good stay less the excessive noise.

Too much noice from other guests in the halls. Yelling and screaming children. At all hours. Rooms need to be more soundproof. Or put couples on floors away from families with children. Bath tub in our room should also be cleaned or replaced.

Mixed Rwviews

Room was spacious and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the heated pool.

The breakfast was mediocre at best and staffed were not pleasant.

Nice little weekend trip

The location was great, the beds were comfortable. They offered breakfast but we didn’t get to eat it. We overslept!

Our room 234 was next to the elevator. You could hear it inside the room. The ac made a little noise when it came on.

We would stay again just wish the pool area was ventilated.

Very friendly staff. A good morning from every worker. The desk staff was sweet and full of smiles.

No ventilation in pool room or bathrooms. Needs a little updating but very good price for where we stayed. Close proximity to everything.

Our one night stay was great!

Beds and pillows very comfortable. Shower was very clean. Breakfast very good and a nice variety.

The kids didn’t like the white bubble foamy pool. It also was very hot and stuffy in the pool area. It needed some air movement.

We stayed for four nights and felt comfortable and safe. The breakfast was included and was good. Our daughter really enjoyed the pool. A/C kept the room cool, so that was a plus. The location was very good and close to shows and the island. We would probably stay here again.

Very pleased with our stay here. It was a good location and easy to get to. Would book here again.

Room was adequate and clean. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was good and not real noisy. The breakfast was great, and we were pleased with the daily variation of hot selection along with the overall selections.

Everything was just fine. The only thing that might have been better is if there were two elevators instead of one. No major issues, but the sink could use a little Draino to make it drain a little faster.

The only issue I had was the night shift employees sleeping. Our first night one was sleeping on the couch and the other nights sleeping at the desk. The doors to front entrance don't lock so anyone could have come in that didn't need to be there.

Our stay would have been very nice if we could have climate control in the room. TOO HOT 🥵

The room was clean.

The room was hot day and night. Stuffy. The air conditioning was obviously controlled by the hotel. We tried to cool the room and it would not cool. Got up early the second day and just left. Outside air was better than inside. Other travelers were also leaving as we were and complaining they were hot and sweaty. I’ve never stayed anywhere before where I couldn’t control the room temperature. It was terrible.

black mold in bathroom, toilet would not flush, shower was dirty, some liquid was on the side on the bed when we checked in, pool gave my skin a rash.

Smokies Vacation '23

The beds were very comfortable, and the room was a good size and layout for families with children (playpen room). Bathroom was spacious, well maintained and clean. Pool facilities were clean as was the breakfast area. Lots of space in breakfast area, it didn't ever feel crowded.

Pulling in and out from under the parking area where you check in. You end up having to either back up, or leave the parking area completely and come back around after joining traffic.

the cleanliness and the fact that the location was great right on the strip.

the parking is kinda over crowded after 5 pm but it’s to be expected I guess.
