PLEASE DON’T TAKE YOUR FAMILY HERE, IT IS NOT SAFE!!!!

The parking lot and lobby smelled like marijuana so bad, it was sickening. There were drug deals happening in the parking lot, multiple drug deals. The lobby was dirty, the front desk office was so messy and piled high with stuff falling over they couldn’t close the door. There was a shoot out in the parking lot the night before we got there, because a resident told me about it in the lobby bc she was asking for a band aid for her toe she scraped while running away from the shootout. This is not a place for a family. This is not a safe place for anyone. I am aware that your cooperation is making plenty of money off of this spot, bc the hotel was booked, but I beg you to close this down. To charge a family $235 for one room, for one night is the most absurd thing ever! Thankfully after calling Wyndham customer service, I was able to get the money back. We were there a total of 40 minutes or less, didn’t even go to the room, because we knew we were not safe there. We spent 30 minutes on the phone, in the truck in the parking lot, with customer service trying to get a refund she was finally about to convince him. He was nice to me, after speaking to customer service himself. This hotel should not be rated the way it is on booking.com. I would have never ever booked this for my family. The ratings for this hotel should be much much lower than booking.com is displaying.

An old and pretty dirty place. Some things don't work in the room. Too expensive for what you get.

Pool was dirty, breakfast - by 8 AM all food was eaten, the room was big but the was almost no furniture. Expensive for what you get.

My stay was very uncomfortable

The towels in the room were dirty, stains and strands of hair in the bed as if someone had just checked out and it wasn’t cleaned. The pool was very dirty and the tub was stopped up

Decor was dated Just looked tired Some haphazard repair work was done in the bathroom The room had a weird smell. The freezer compartment of the refrigerator was not clean. I think the smell was coming from that. It was off-setting. I missed not having a coffee maker in the room.

It’s a very nice place to stay, very good facilities, location, good breakfast and great service. For sure we will be back there.

We were at the room for the time of room service and after we left no body came back to do room service. 🥺. We returned and needed to ask for clean towels and bed sheets.

I would not stay again.

Very old interior and not very clean. Bad smell in the room as we didn’t realize it was pet friendly. ☹️ we booked here for in the indoor pool in the winter, but I would not stay again.

It was located near a Tesla Supercharger.

It was rundown and the bathroom was gross. The surfaces weren’t very clean. The bottom of the tub was black. The room smelled very stale.

Gut.

Das Zimmer war sauber. Das Bad war sehr groß. Das Bett war ebenfalls sehr groß und gemütlich. Das Frühstück war okay, haben aber auch nicht mehr erwartet.

In den letzten 5 Minuten beim Packen hat uns eine Kakerlake überrascht, die hinter dem TV hervorkam.

Für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise in Ordnung und Haustiere sind erlaubt!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Mir war die Lage direkt am Highway zu laut, war natürlich von Vorteil, dass man nicht weit fahren muss. Da wir am nächsten Tag noch nach Savannah rein wollten, würde ich das nächste Mal weiter vom Highway weg buchen. Die Überdecken auf dem Bett waren leider fransig und hatten Flecken. Auch hatte es im dritten Stock komisch gerochen. Das Frühstück war ok, leider das typischen Plastikgeschirr. Man konnte sich selbst Waffeln backen und die Äpfel waren super.

Our stay was ok.

They do not have higher handicap toilets or rooms with grab bars. Our room was by a smoking area and the AC/Heater pulled in the smoke Odor into room.

Would stay again

Friendly staff cleanliness of property. Downside is looking out on the parking lot. Also not all doors were working.would definitely stay here again. Price was comparable to property. Better than some others I have stayed at in pooler.

View from the room was not great.need to keep linens for pullouts in rooms would be more conveniently. Need to have better rates but for the area it is comparable. I don’t mind paying extra but hard with a family.

Great place to stay!

Location was great. Easy access on and off highway. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Yogurt, and fruit along with cereal and waffles. 24 hr. coffee a plus!

Hallway had strage odor.

I slept well enough to get me thru the visit and that is what mattered at the moment.

The room size and location was perfect. Staff was very friendly and accommodating

The first room the air conditioner was not working well so we where transfered to another room where the mirror was cracked and the pull out bed was broken. Also we saw a few roaches in the room.

This place needs to be remodeled and housekeeping needs to give the guest time to respond.

I was able to book online

I was walked in on by housekeeping they knocked once and immediately walked in. I was scared and angry because it was my 2nd day out of 6. The exits had rocks in the door being propped open by guests. The smell of the rooms were horrible and a couple of the pillows definitely had blood stains on them. I will not be returning nor would I recommend.

We’ve traveled from Florida through the Carolina’s, Ohio and back.. this was by far the worst hotel!!

They had a smoking area

The carpet was wet, there was chicken bones on the floor, the pull out couch didn’t pull out. Dirty shower and the worse part.. when my daughter was in the bathroom getting ready, someone walked in our room!!! It was 9:00 am.. they said they wanted towels!!

It's the little things!

Had to plan a last minute trip for a funeral. The room was decent, actually kinda nice and welcoming. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The room smelled - like I can't explain it; old and musky perhaps. The desk chair didn't work, it was stuck in the low position and would not raise. On my second day when I came back to the room, it had been serviced but the bathtub was not cleaned. We all have our rules I guess but I like having gym access, gym opens and closes at 10pm, that was really disappointing - I generally work out in the middle of the night.

We will never stay here again.

The bed was comfortable.

The first room we were given was in renovations and loose carpet covered the door, creating a fall hazard. We were given a different room (why was the first one available) that had an awful chemical odor. The hotel is a non smoking facility. However, when getting ice on the 3rd floor, I met the owners at the elevator and they did nothing about guests that were smoking weed and cigarettes on that floor.
