The view

Broken toilet seat upon arrival, which pinched me several times. Housekeeping Dept. did not notice this?????? Burned out lightbulb in lamp next to the bed. My "Welcome" Sheet said the continental breakfast started at 7:00 AM when it was really 8:00 AM so I could not get breakfast prior to leaving for work. I should have gotten an additional discount for that. I received a discounted rate for the broken toilet seat. Hot tub was not usable...it was under Maintenance repairs.

Not a good value. Stay somewhere else and save a hundred dollars or so.

Bed was confortable

Non existent breakfast. Checking in staff was not exactly friendly. For the price you should receive a lot better service and breakfast.

This was a bad experience.

the room was large and clean

there was no hot water, so I couldn't shower the entire time I was there. Also the hotel was actually closed for half of my stay, with no staff on hand during that time and no amenities were available

good spot! variety of comforts for an easy stay

the grounds are beautiful, Awesome stuff: playground, pool, piers/docking, attached restaurant, breakfast items/snacks, coffee/tea, location. clean room/carpeting, adorable furniture/decor, lobby super cute. balcony/patios spacious.

constructive criticism and this place would be great!!! the pool had way too much chlorine in it - just breathing in the air in the pool room was rough :( I only went once out of the 4days we were there/hubby and kid only twice :-/ we were really hoping to spend more time in the pool area but were really turned off by that :( … and the floor was kind of gross, saw food debris and a big hair ball) …hope it gets remedied! we had the big suite, nice and clean but was disappointed all the windows/sliding doors were dirty, and one of the sliding door locks is busted so we had to ask for a pole to secure it. didn’t like the futon for the gathering area, a couch would be more appropriate, plus it was so squeaky lol. the lighting could be improved, very dim. simple cushion upgrade in the lobby would freshen it up :)

We enjoyed our stay with friends, it was quiet and relaxing.

We liked: beds were comfortable, room decor was nice, quiet. Close to downtown.

We had questions about: the sliding door was very hard to open, we reported it. Hot tub didn't work, no towels in the pool, only 4 chairs in pool area, paint chipped and kind of dirty, rescue equipment was missing, signs were out of date. Pool hours didn't accommodate early risers. Limited office and breakfast hours. 8-8. Early coffee and fruit would be good. Carpet in room was old. Door to room was not self shutting and hard to open.

. The stairs to second floor with no elevator. The pool cold and the hot tub jets were down. No air conditioning in stone bedrooms In the three room suites. Some mornings the breakfast was scarce

Recommended! Great stay!

The restaurant and bar on site were top notch. Very good food and drinks. We came here to snowmobile. The trail is located right in front of the hotel by the road. They have a large lot for trailer/truck parking. My son(2) loved the pool and hot tub. The pool water was comfortable, and not shocking cold. Mud creek saloon is right across the street that had some great live music. Easy walk back. We rented the 3 bedroom suite that was perfect for my wife, son, and parents. We loved having a kitchen for breakfast. Staff was very welcoming.

I do not have much for negative feedback. Continental breakfast was little low on options, but I wasn't expecting much. The TV could have been a little large in main area, but we didn't spend much time in the room.

The room was nice and spacious. It was very convenient to have a kitchen right in our room. Things around the hotel were easy to find. The view was fantastic and the kids really enjoyed playing on the playground.

The staff fought in front of the guests. The continental breakfast was less than ideal - juice was out, coffee was spilled, and the limited items they did have ran out quickly. The pool was okay but had a definite smell to it as though there maybe was mold or something growing.

The lobby. The supper club food was good but very expensive.

We have stayed here every year in December. The pool was closed (wasn't informed until check in). The circulating pump for the hot tub didn't work. Was told the handicap room I wanted to upgrade to (my wife is disabled) wasn't available, but it was. We have stayed here multiple times and it seems it is getting run down. Will find another option in future years.

POOL CLOSED! EXTREMELY UNHAPPY ABOUT THIS! The pool has been closed due to a storm for a few weeks. This certainly should have been fixed by now and I NEVER would have stayed here had I known there was no pool or hot tub. After days of being out in the snow you want to come back to a pool and or hot tub. Also both times I asked about the pool, they were actually rude about it like I was inconveniencing them by asking. No apology whatsoever.

Bed is good room is clean

Staff is a bunch of stoners.waited for 10 minutes to check in before someone finally showing up reeking of pot . Decaf coffee in the room ! Asked for caffeinated but never.got it . Had no choice ... all others already booked up. The bar and restaurant is closed on Monday and Tuesday.

Paying $130.00 when we were the only people there The staff was nice, but it felt like spooky because we were the only ones there and everything was closed. Price should have been $70.00 for this day

Good location and beautiful views from deck

Staff was really good but undermanned. Beautiful location on the river/lake, great access to Eagle River, Pool was very nice with hot tub.

Check in was delayed by 1 1/2 hours due to lack of workers, but I understand this as we recover from COVID. No coffee for morning breakfast.

The booking.com.reservation was not ever made with hotel. When we arrived they had no record of our reservation Thankfully they had 1 room left that met our needs and we were able to have a hotel room for the night.

Has a room with bunk beds

Indoor pool was warm when it was rainy outside, hot tub was still nice to sit in even though it didn't run. I liked having the room with the bunk bed option for kids, they hate sharing beds.

There were a few lights that didn't work. The sliding door didn't lock, so my husband fixed it. The bathroom door was in really bad shape. The hot tub didn't work. The place was cozy and staff were very nice though. Hours for the pool and fitness center only until 9pm.
