Decent stay, not the greatest breakfast.

Easy to check in and check out. The room was spacious and comfortable. Our dog was also very comfortable in the room.

Breakfast left a lot to be desired. I arrived with half an hour until service ended, but most of the food was no longer available. It was also pretty cramped with several people waiting on one waffle maker. There wasn't really anything "hot" available except the waffles and I didn't have time to wait for them.

Staff was friendly but rather indifferent to the site issues.

Check in time went well past 3 No towels in room Breakfast was disgusting Room isn't worth top dollar. Garbages around faculty were overflowing for 2 days

Well the manager was very rude to me!

That the manager Kyle was very rude to me! Supposed to be pet friendly, but yeah, it’s a discriminate against cats! My cat is a support animal, and I am disabled, and she would not allow my cat to be there! It should list, no cats are allowed instead of pet friendly on the web site! Blessings super inconvenient for me!

Mediocre! Poor staff except for housekeeping.

Very clean.

No elevator, no Restroom available at checkin. I pissed my pants. Could not see in the hallway to get in the room. So if you are handicapped or old I would suggest another hotel.

Room was fine, evening front desk staff could use more training

The breakfast was minimal at best and with little/no other options. The booking through Super 8 did not go well. The assistant on the phone spoke very poor English. I called twice and after a minute or so of conversation, the calls were dropped. So I drove there, the front desk said the rate was $128 for one night 1 adult. When I Googled for motels in the area the advertised rate was $80. The desk said they wouldn't let me have a room at that price even after I showed him. O stepped out side and booked a room for $90. The question is, why would you turn down a potential customer on a weekday when there were multiple rooms available? I'm a senior and had the ability to use a smart phone, but there are many seniors who can't do that. That's not very smart business in my opinion. Pass off a future customer for a fixed faulty policy, that's bad business, unless your a millionaire and don't care. Sorry, don't think I'll be back ☹️

Dog Friendly- not worth the price.

Victor in maintenance saved the day. He was determined to fix the TV and replaced a bad lightbulb.

Overpriced for the age/condition of the facilities. $160 for 1 night 1 person & 1 dog. No elevator, so be ready to haul your bags up & down stairs

Definitely a thrifty trucker motel.

The only thing good was the location, next to a gas station and freeway on ramp.

The room was very dilapidated, on the third floor, no elevator. The beds were comfortable, the pillows very hard.

The place was dirty I don't think they clean the outside at all . Hundreds of cigarette butts,tacksand glass for dogs to step on .trash all around. Dog poop everywhere.

it was horrible water doesn’t get hot so I couldn’t take a shower. The AC doesn’t work properly. There was a plastic bag over the smoke detector so that’s a major hazard. And the fridge did not keep my stuff cold, so I had to throw all of my food out.

Again, a bad experience with Super 8.

Wifi is fine.

Again, a bad experience with Super 8. I am currently traveling the USA for four weeks and staying in a wide variety of motels/hotels. Unfortunately, Super 8 is among the worst of them all. And I am not that demanding. In Idaho Falls it was all very mediocre. See my review. But the Super 8 in Nampa is very mediocre: poor breakfast, not a well-cleaned room (my shoes stuck to the shower floor) and worst of all: terribly noisy. When the neighbors go to the toilet or you hear everything. I assume the noisiness has to do with the cheap building (construction) of the hotel. The second night was disturbed by a huge noise that lasted for hours in the room above me. So bad that I had to complain to the front desk. Unfortunately, a medical case played out there. Why didn't the hotel staff briefly inform everyone (at least the people around this room) about this medical case along the lines of: we have an emergency, thank you for your understanding. Then I could have been spared the embarrassment of my "complaining" and spared the comment upon leaving the hotel by the staff member that my complaining was not so neat. In short extremely bad staff. I advise the hotel to remove the word Super as soon as possible. Just 8. Because super it is not at all!

Overall a good experience with the staff bending over backwards to take care of you.

Check in started a little slow, hard to find our reservation. However Jennifer did not give up, she kept working at it till she was successful. In this day and age of staffing shortages, I am sure she was fairly new. Kudos for sticking with it, calling people for help, and maintaining a positive attitude.
