Awful hotel

It was the most dirty hotel that I had ever been. The blankets were so bad and smelly. Shower curtains all black on the bottom. Didn't put it inside the bathtub when I took a shower because water will run thru my feet from the curtains. The toilet lid was stained legit with a butt cracked on it. I had to wipe it myself, so it was 💩 because it came off. Pillow cases were dirty as well. You can smell and see the yellowish on the pillowcase. Put all on the side and only used sheets. The front desk lady was very nice and helpful. The location was great, but you can hear all the noises from the cars on the freeway and almost forgot, the window did not lock. We open it for fresh air and did not close again. Behind the hotel, you can hear people passing by at night. We were on the first floor and with a unlocked window. Great right??

The star hotel was more of a 1 star but cost was a 3 star. Was not a good experience

Breakfast were paper bags but they were already taken when we arrived back to hotel before 9:30 so not sure what was in them

They were very short handed and stressed!

Health dept should shut that hotel down!

Breakfast was coffee and a granola bar! Should be sued for false advertising! The bathtub had slime on it and wife refused to take a bath it was so gross! The hardwood floor was sticky and gross! If I had know this ahead of time I wouldn't have paid a penny for the $200 room! The worst hotel stay my wife and I have ever had!

Not good or worth the money.

Location good.

Was no real breakfast. No tissues in bathroom and nobody to ask. No attendant at property. Had to call number st desk twice to get a person to come and check a guest in and fix my TV because they were at another hotel. Found carpenter ants on my pillows. i will not stay there again.

We paid for continental breakfast and when we arrived at hostel they told us that they have kitchen reconstruction and we don’t get it. In room we had dirty towels and all bathroom. What’s more everywhere was dust and strange smell. The wors’t hostel we had ever been!

horribly uncomfortable and over priced and our reservations were changed on us

first I reserved two rooms with 1 queen in each for the same price and was billed for a suite which had a massive tub in the room that I never booked so I was ripped off over 150 then there was no one at the desk most of the time for the two days we were there. we asked for extra towels and had to find them ourselves. The rooms were dusty and stinky and the windows we couldn’t see out of. coffee was horrible and when I went to find an attendant he was sleeping with head phones upstairs quest room.

They stolen MY MONEY!!! I paid for room but they didnt provide access to the room

They stolen MY MONEY!!! These liars texted "BREAKFAST INCLUDED". When I was on the reception so unfriendly and unprofessional representative explained THEY WILL NOT PROVIDE BREAKFAST! We ordered bcs of breakfast and our baby would need normal food in the morning. They didnt provide access to the room! They didnt return money! They didnt response on any requests about incident!

The beds were comfortable and property was very conveniently located.

The floors in the room were dirty, quite a lot of dust buildup on surfaces . Breakfast was very small, 1 packet of microwave oats and a cereal bar .

Information on this motel said breakfast was included. We went down the next morning for "breakfast". The room was locked and the clerk at the front desk said they had breakfast in a sack. Don't know what was that was. We left and went next door at McDonald's drive up at 6:00 a.m to get coffee and breakfast before we hit the road. This is the first time we stayed at a motel/hotel that didn't have a continental breakfast.

Quiet night and location were the best features of the motel

not good just 2 items in a sack for breakfast instead of the advertised menu listed for Super 8. It was fall and winter season and they stopped having the regular menu. Almost dead insects were found on the floor and a bed
