Great location and value. Covered parking.
Needs renovating and the free breakfast was just cereal, toast and oatmeal. Security latch was broken but the deadbolt did work. Water never got hot in the shower.

It appeared clean, had morning coffee, nice mattress, hot water.
Location downtown had concerns as unknown people were seen coming in and out of parking garage but don't know if they had a purpose to be there and noted no incidents.

The property itself was very nice looking from the outside and staff were very sweet. Check in and check out both took less than 5 minutes total
The ac was out during my stay and my room was 82° overnight. The floors slightly shook as well and it was overall just a bit rundown
