We loved this hotel. Fabulous location and the pool area is so nice. Not a big hotel so it didn’t feel crowded around the pool or at breakfast. The staff were so friendly and helpful too. The location is brilliant and we were able to walk to everywhere
The air conditioning was quite noisy, but I think that’s quite typical of many American units in hotels

The front desk staff was amazing! She was pleasant and very helpful and appeared to be happy to work there. The morning continental breakfast out by the pool was better than expected as well.
The cleanliness of the room, the floor turned our socks, black, and also stepping into the shower with those feet that didn’t have socks on, proved that either the tile or the rug was filthy. When you turned on the water it was a black stream of dirt coming off our feet. Also, the light above our sink was extremely dim and didn’t illuminate the balance of the bathroom since that was the only light in there. The A/C was mediocre and did not cool the “backside” of the room or the bathroom at all.
