Big size, nice territory, close to Disneyland
No help with the bags, extra daily charge for services which was not advertised (for WiFi, pool, etc), no breakfast included. It’s freezing cold on the floors, very uncomfortable , the AC s need to be adjusted. I asked for a steamer, it was not available. So, it all adds up into far from 5 stars service

Room was huge. Very clean, nice wood floors. The location was great. Walking distance to Epcot, and a very short boat ride to Hollywood Studios. The food market had tons of options, and was open late. The lobby was large and comfortable with a nice bar. I will definitely stay there again.
I really have no complaints.

How close it was to my desired Disney park
An option to “self park” but not truly an option as you had to park at a different hotel to self park. The bathroom is tiny and hard to maneuver in and out. Did not get my early access to parks as was promised. The breakfast buffet at the Mexican restaurant was not grand for the price tag.
