I really liked that they helped me get a room on the ground floor as I had accidentally booked a room upstairs, and My mom could not climb stairs. There was a breakfast in the lobby in the AM, and the location of this hotel was really great for going about town and to the redwoods. Also! this room was very clean and dust free. There was coffee machine in the room with coffee and cups. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was phenomenal in the shower.
Everything was wonderful. I have no complaints.

The rooms were clean and the location was right off the Highway close to town and restaurants.
The complimentary breakfast was horrible. They were out if almost everything, and we were up super early. The waffle maker didn't work. Staff were not present to assist in restocking food or fixing equipment in the dining area. They also checked us out of our room before 11am or us checking out in the office when we went down for breakfast after packing up. My husband wanted to get some more ice for the cooler it was locked. Then after breakfast he had to hunt down the cleaning staff to be let back into our room to use the restroom one last time. Very disappointing when the breakfast service was one of the reasons we chose this hotel.
