Laundry facilities, staff. They have the best designed luggage carts I have ever seen.
The local fog horn which sounds every 8 seconds, 24 hours a day. It kept my wife awake most of the night.

It was pretty clean and they offer a hot breakfast.
The shower head was backwards so the hot water was cold and the cold water was the hot. The bed was very worn in and squishy. I felt like I was going to fall off all night. The pillows were very hard and overstuffed so they put your neck at a weird angle and caused a very sore neck the next morning. The front desk man on the morning we left was quite unfriendly and you could tell he hates his job.
