The property was nice just due to the fact the first route was very bad. I was switched to a room. That was lovely clean very nice. It’s nice and convenient. That is in an area where everything’s accessible.
It’s a hidden mess with the properties. Sometimes you get a very nice room. Sometimes you get rooms that are very, not so nice.

No breakfast, but I didn't expect one.
The "virtual check-in" was a little weird.
More than that, there was some damage on the bathroom door knob. A short, sharp spike was in the center hole of the knob, room 108.

Good secure lock on the door. Parking lot was very well lit with lots of cameras, so no concerns about theft or break-ins. Decent location downtown and by a grocery store and other food places.
No live person at the desk for check in or out, done via webcam. Was also asked for my credit card details to hold the reservation, something no other place has done (wasn’t full).
Not clean - spills and blotches on the walls, rust on anything metal, an old hairdryer full of dustballs (same with AC unit). Floor was sticky in places while walking with bare feet, one of the folded towels had some hard yellow stuff stuck on it (assumed it was clean and never replaced), bed was big but layout poor so I could barely open the cabinet/mini fridge.
Overall had a sketchy vibe, I felt more comfortable the second night with other guests around but then I could hear everything through the walls.
