Nice and clean. Large rooms. Centrally location. And accommodated me with an injury so they gave me a downstairs room.
Dogs barking (pet friendly), and smoke smells, with neighbors drunk and arguing, cheap towels.

I'm disabled and I arrived to find my room was on the 2nd floor. I had driven all day and was told that all 1st level rooms were booked. I walk with a walker. I was told that if I choose not to take the room, I'd have to get my money back on booking.com. THIS IS AN IMPORTANT FACT THAT SHOULD BE ADDED ON THE CHOICE OF ROOM, WHAT FLOOR IT'S ON. The person who booked me in didn't offer to help, seemed to not care at all and no smiles or saying welcome or thank you for choosing us...nothing. Customer Service was very disappointing. Shower...yuck. I'll pass. Everything needs updating except flat screen TV.
