This is an older motel that has outside doors so you can park near your room which is what I like. The room was clean and comfortable. We were attending an event at the nearby fairgrounds and could park at the motel and walk. Great location right off the highway.
The only negative is that the lighting was poor. No light near the microwave and refrigerator. Light over the table was not bright.

Tracee at reception was amazing. Very welcoming and provided great information about nearby restaurants, even printed out a map. The room itself was large, comfortable, clean. It was an easy 5 minute walk to the fairgrounds, so we didn't have to incur parking hassles or expenses. No complaints over all.
The ONLY problem was it's proximity to the highway, so there was rather loud traffic sounds all night. But the proximity to the highway made it very convenient too.
