Close to the medical facility I needed.
The street noise was terrible but you have no control over that.

Great location to the fairgrounds, easy walk to restaurants and other business, clean room, nicely refurbished
The outside of the hotel needs work the stairs looked sketchy and rust was everywhere. The noise from the highway was annoying and of course close proximity to the hospital brought lots of ambulances with sirens blaring. Maybe some investment in exterior sound proofing could lessen the impact.

Close to where we needed to stay for family. Redone nicely and it was clean.
Doesn't seem to be a great area. First night there, multiple cops and a fire truck in the parking lot arresting someone. Walls are thin, but again, it's a travel lodge.
