I love that it was exceptional clean. Very easy self check in. Great location! Everything was in walking distance
Good /responsive/ friendly and accommodating text/email communication with staff. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion were AMAZING! The very best I have ever had in a motel or hotel!
I was give a very spacious king size room. Although I’m not handicapped, it was definitely an ADA room, an I had no complaints.
However, when I went to use the shower, immediately after warming the water temp, I stepfather in , slipped on something extremely slippery on the floor. I’m not sure if it was cleaning solution that was not rinsed off well or left over shampoo. This happened on my first step into the shower. Luckily caught myself on one of the handicapped bars. Mind you , I have no physical limitations. But I was certainly glad that grab bar was there or I would have Definitely gone down. Pease beside that showers are well rinsed. I even the shower mat over the drain did not protect me.
Only other complaint is the noise level outside of room #5 was very loud about 1am. The room is not well insulated regarding noise.

It was centrally located and clean.
It was very overpriced. It felt like a Motel 6 with a Denmark flag blanket on the bed. There was no security chain or bolt on the door. The “coffee station” was crammed into the corner of a closet that was difficult to access. The coffee provided was instant.
