It was clean and on the beach
The pool was closed twice. The first time because of a 6 minute rain shower and the second it closed because someone took a dump. The 3rd floor isn’t a balcony

property is right on the beach and the locals make you feel like if you live there. (I kinda do). I live 20 minutes away in Palm Bay and will be staying here much more often.
some type of coffee bar would be nice because there's nothing really walking distance
