The main thing was Colleen! What an amazing host ! The hotel was spotless and comfortable and in a great location! Breakfast was top notch! The eggs with spinach Anna’s ham and cheese set us on our way for a day of adventures!

The location in Oak Bluffs is convenient, the house sits on a street running along the beach so it literally takes a few steps to reach the sand. We stayed there in October so it wasn’t too busy but the street could potentially get quite heavy traffic in high season . The house has a nice, big dining room and a little front garden with recliners. Friendly staff ( Korinne) made us great scrambled eggs for breakfast and freshly baked cookies. Comfy, king sized bed, nice sea facing balcony.
Our room was definitely rather small and the walls had poor isolation, you could hear the next door TV and people talking which wasn’t great. The bathroom was tiny, there was hardly any room to put stuff, there were 2 small chairs and a closet but it felt rather cluttered. There is only 1 parking space belonging to the house so in hight season when lots of people park along the main street this could be a problem.
