Place has a reputation. It is obvious they are trying to turn that around. Renovating rooms and other parts. They still need to fix a bunch of things. But they are on the come up.
Still needs to be updated. They are working.

All good. Clean (spotless) and very quiet. Did not eat breakfast, it was pretty bare bones.

Very nice and just enough to start the day.
It took quite awhile for the noise to quiet down in the neighborhood. Lots of car noise until 10:00.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Good location.
Advertised flat screen televisions but only has antenna, bad antenna, reception. Furniture was extremely dated. Poor breakfast, little to choose from and cold.
