Comfortable room and I believe once construction is done it will be great.

The room was fine. Bed was comfortable.

Didn't know until I called to see if my room was available that they were under major renovations. One elevator was out of order and the working elevator has me questioning whether it should be. The floors were dirty with construction dirt. No discount on price for the stay.

Will not use again

Under construction. Hall ways needed to be vacuumed. The bre akfast was grab and go. No where to sit. We ate off premises. Seems to be confused if a Marriott or four point Sheraton. Bed sheet had a tear. Not the best facility I have stayed at…

Horrible never be back

Location wasn't bad

The pool wasn't open, the 3rd floor was getting remodeled no breakfast, staff was rude, got charged twice for my 1 room, it was 300 a night and place was horrible got charged a extra $200 a night for my 6 year old daughter. I had to pay $800 just for 2 nights then they woke us up on the check out day at 10:00 am asking if we was almost ready to check out when check out ain't till 12 noon

TV cable not working, Bar was not open at 7pm on a Saturday night, shower had mold, elevator was broken with the smallest sign but still opened when you pushed the button. Staff reached out to say they informed all guests of the cable situation. We were not told until after we checked in and paid. It was NFL draft night, so we had to go somewhere else.

When you advertise CABLE TV as number one benifit make sure you have ANY TV on a week end night when sport is expected by every single person upon arrival

The shower didn’t work, staff made it seem like a huge inconvenience to get a new room. The carpets in both rooms were disgusting. We couldn’t be barefoot in the room. The remote wasn’t connected to the T.V. so we had to walk up to the television to adjust the volume or change a channel. So annoying.

It was not a good price or breakfast. Since I came in at 11 pm and out atv730 am for the 176.00

The breakfast they offered for the price you pay was ridiculous. A frozen sandwich with yogurt and the yogurt was out of date that two family members had . I won't be back due to the breakfast for sure that starts your day. It was terrible.

convenient to the interstate. climate control had a thermostat.

proximity to the interstate means lots of road noise. bed was ok but not really comfortable.

Clean and comfortable

The location was convenient to stores and highway. It was very clean and bed was comfortable.

No breakfast and the carpet was wrinkled in the hallway which made me nervous about tripping because I have to use a cane to walk.

We had a big snowstorm. Front entrance not shoveled for guests…dangerous. Hotel desk clerk inside on his phone. Not acceptable. Do better

I like the location, and the bed was very comfortable.

on Booking.com, it mentioned breakfast. There was no breakfast available, they said to go to the McDonald’s across the street. Their bar was closed until further notice as well. unfortunately, the shower knob fell off in our room, so no showers. We told the front desk, but all they said was they would look into it.

Very disappointed. We will not stay at a Four Points by Sheraton again.

Our room was dirty. There was hair all over the pillowcases. The hotel was very old. The employees weren’t very friendly. They gave no direction or information about anything to include breakfast.
