Facility had attractive decor. Looked well maintained for the most part. AC quiet. Room was quiet. Comfortable bed. In a less busy area of Polaris traffic wise. Less circle intersections. Room was ready immediately. We stayed in a one bedroom king suite. Great water pressure.
Toilet is very low. No grab bar to assist seniors get up. Didn't like bathroom configuration. Bed extremely high as well. ( almost waist high in my case) Found TV initialy confusing because it's full of streaming apps but only accessible for those who have personal accounts and their passwords available Misleading. No free premium channels. Living area had poor lighting- can't read well. Bathtub caulk had mold in the corners. Wasn't impressed with free breakfast. Nothing special. Fruit looked sad. Hated the oatmeal. Scrambled eggs were so so. Etc. Bit pricey.

Location was ok but road noise was bothersome at times.
Limited staff and no housekeeping the 3 days we spent there. Had to get everything we needed from front desk all 3 days. Breakfast was ok but had much better at other Hilton properties.
