I've stayed in better places for same price closer to the airport.

I was able to get a room when my flight was canceled. It was one of the cheaper places to stay and sufficed as a place to sleep.

Arrived at 9 pm after flight was cancelled. I was exhausted and booked first hotel I could find. When I got to the hotel I mentioned I was a Wyndam member and could I get a cheaper rate. He didn't try to work with me at all. I was traveling with my son who is in a wheelchair and had a lot of luggage. A maintenance guy, who said he worked there 21 years, offered to help me. The manager didn't even tell me if there was breakfast or anything. The room: obviously old and dated but the floor was dirty. The sink in the bathroom was the stupidest setup. A faucet on the left with a big bowl but you could hardly get your hands under the faucet. The faucet needs to have a longer spout. The heater was a freestanding unit with a dryer like tube connected to the out side wall.

The place was unprofessional and not functional

Tv didn’t work ask for room to be cleaned and never happened pipes along ceiling was visible Asked for shampoo did not receive any Wi-Fi kept going out door locks didn’t work properly key to door kept un programming very horrible place

We would have changed hotels, but that was too difficult. We decided to tough it out.

Shuttle was convenient, drivers were good. That's about all the good I can say about this place. The manager was understanding of our complaints. Talked to several other people who were staying there, most had nothng good to say about the place.

Two mornings we went down for breakfast, long before posted closing time- there was no food or coffee.

Needs work

Location was very near to the train depot, which was what we were looking for since we wanted to avoid renting a car on this trip. The location was up a moderately steep hill (1 block) and then flat for 2 more blocks. Staff seemed interested in our concerns but weren't too interested in solving the problems.

The location was in dire need of a remodel. In fact, they have started and you had to sometimes avoid some of the hazards of that. In our first room, the tub worked but the shower pull was broken and set on the side of the tub. The second room had loose cables for the TV and was missing the mini-fridge. A similar priced hotel in my home location would be 5-stars. Based on the above, I'd be generous to give it 2. As a Ramada by Wyndham, this doesn't meet Ramada standards, much less Wyndham. I booked a second night (separate booking.com transaction) and they never got notice of it.

Pleasant

This place redeemed itself. My last visit here almost 2 years ago was beyond horrible. Thanks for getting rid of the front desk clerk and cleaning the place up!!

Disappointing

I was told to call from the airport when my flight arrived. I did and explained that I was to call on arrival. The desk clerk responded with he didn't have a driver than hung up. Prior that day i checked i contacted by phone and textì to assure that I had a ride. 30 mins and fumble with a taxiwhich made my stay a lot shorter than I liked.

Very good

The jacuzzi bath tub was the entire reason for our stay and it didn't disappoint

They weren't at all flexible with the check in time. We paid for 1 night and we weren't able to check in until the late afternoon

It's a great place with friendly staff and affordable

It was close to downtown. The only thing I didn't like was the parking lot was a little icey.

long corridors with very noisy and disruptive guests. Noise either parents screaming at their kids or domestic dispute.

the location is very near to downtown.

the property is under renovation, they shouldn’t let out. the elevator, rooms , hallway everything was shabby and dirty. cramp rooms, dirty shuttle cab.

Good value, but this hotel needs to be refreshed.

The staff and shuttle drivers were very cordial and helpful. We chose this hotel due to it's location near the train station and were pleasantly surprised that the shuttle driver drove us the one mile to the train station.

The hotel is run down and could use a "refresh". The hotel shuttle needs to be replaced, several of the seatbelts are broken and not usable.

Very poor

Shuttle drivers were friendly and accomodated our requests. Desk staff was helpful.

Breakfast was basically only coffee. Room was not very clean. Entire facility was very run down. Rated 4 stars but I don't agree. Bathtub was disgusting. looked like mold in the grout.

This place was filthy. Gross place to stay ever.

There were homeless people sleeping under our window when we opened the shades. The place was absolutely filthy. We had to clean our own room after we told the front desk. The window did not lock and the door had messed up hinges. Overall nasty place to stay!!!

I have stayed at this hotel two other times without issues.

I booked the room for two nights through Booking.com. When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that there were NO rooms available. I don't know if this is a booking.com issue or a hotel issue but, it was a huge problem as there were no rooms available in Anchorage, Alaska that night. This problem should have never happened. The next day, I received a notice from my credit card company that my card had been billed by the hotel for the entire amount of the two night stay. I called the credit card company and disputed the charge. They did not pay the hotel.
