Besides the room and hotel being a dump the stay itself wasn’t horrible

The gentlemen at the front desk were nice.

I reserved a King/Smoking room but was put in a Double/Nonsmoking. The room was not very well kept!! The bedding was too big for the bed, the beds weren’t actually made, tv was already on with we arrived in the and there was no remote. When we went and got a remote it didn’t work.

Crack, weed or cat hotel???

It was at least quiet. but that was because from the smell, everyone was high!

Hard to find, no outside lights. There were cats EVERYWHERE. I mean EVERYWHERE. smelt like pot from moment you walked in. I mean the contact high was unbelievable. Then you get in the room. I had to go to Walmart and buy sheets and blankets. I refused to sleep on the nasty ones there. Now some will say just get refund and leave, nope you have 10mins to changYoue mind. That starts when you first walk in! I could go on but i will just say for 82. No sorry, 92 because we had a service dog, cats stay free but you pay for a service dog! You would think it would be at least clean. Sorry pics are from room because they don't "allow" pictures to be taken. Oh and don't look for the free breakfast, there isn't one!

The audacity

The location is great

The cleanliness of the room" I heard the housekeeper tell another guess that it was not her job to wash linen I heard the housekeeper say to the front desk attended who claims he's not the owner he's just an employee sheets are very dirty with stains that she replied to the front desk man we don't have any clean sheets there's one housekeeper in this whole hotel and she can give a damn about their business or clean it up the safety and Hazard of other guests is not their priority as you idiot continue to make the rich richer it makes no sense to me. Very poor and trashy I'm not sure if they're better or other room options in this Motel but this is not somewhere to get comfortable $75 a night is a rip off. If you're looking for housekeepers I know a great one will run your ratings through the roof care about the community and the people and the services that you're providing I most definitely can tell the world's coming to an end at work surrounded by evilness cuz these people are pure evil this is evil and this is highway robbery they need to be shut down. Checked into the room not only where the blank is dirty but there were no towels the housekeeper did not give us towels and our blankets back until 8:00 p.m. I'm sure on purpose but very disrespectful especially what I'm a mom with two kids

Hated it never would advise someone to stay there!!!

Didn’t stay it was disgusting the entire hotel they where smoking in the lobby and throughout the hotel beds where nasty carpet filthy I told my daughter to not touch anything the hotel seems as if it was being use for prostitution only and regular people wouldn’t come there period!!!!!!

We asked for a refund and they didn’t give us our money back !!!!!! We didn’t even stay there once we seen the room and the nasty carpets in the entire hotel and it smelled like cigarette smoke everything seems filthy even the walls where nasty so me and my family left with No refund because we didn’t stay there we left immediately after seeing the rooms

everything from the bed to the sheets & the walls were very dirty! stains all over the sheets I couldn’t lay down , roaches & bed bugs , I didn’t even stay I paid for the room & left after noticing all the damages.

Receptionist was awesome!

We were able to get our refund when we booked it on website. And then when checked in and booked it on the correct website she was nice and understandable on everything.

Extremely terrible a REAL NIGHTMARE

It is near shopping centers and places to eat

My 3 year old found a drug syringe needle and could of gotten hurt terribly and instead of being apologetic and empathizing with us they treated us unfairly and poorly called the police on us 3 time's and made threat's and had us kicked out

It's convenient if you're using public transportation it's a stop across and in front of the property It's several places to eat and most of really good, plenty of stores etc

Bed had bedbugs and isn't comfortable Unsavory people on and near property Internet service there is garbage Tv had no channels bring a fire stick or Roku if you have hotspot

This Hotel Need to be shut down it had mode in the entire hotel. I found black scares on the ceiling and walls,leaks every where.

Mold , spider webs air conditioner didn't work bed sheets and towels was dirty staff had a nasty attitude and etc I wouldn't recommend nobody to stay there. I wouldn't be surprised if the bed had bed bugs. They need to shut that infested motel down.

It will not happen again

The check in area was nice and clean, but as I walked to the room, the walls down the whole hall were filthy, guess smoking weed in the hallways. My blanket was dirty, tv didn’t change channels, and roaches were crawling

I don’t like anything about that stay. People were in the hall all night talking loud outside my door

I liked the location

I had to look at 3 or 4 rooms to find one that I could relax in. Every time we left the room it was somebody trying to sale us drugs.. I tried to take a shower the water in the tub didn't work. I had to stand over the sink and wash up

Room was not clean right bed wrinkle 1 set of towels for two people, they was dirty, , my second day " 4am until 8 no lights couldn't take a shower... People kicking doors in" a guy up at 4 am beating his girl in front of kids yelling threatening her locking each other out for hours... Got no sleep from people knocking trying to sell drugs and stuff and borrow cigarettes and we don't smoke ... Hotel smell bad in Hall way a paid $150 to stay in the trap...
