Fabulous!

The customized omelets were a highlight. The indoor pool and splash pad were also perfect for my toddler girls. I wish I had time to check out the outdoor pool! Everything was very clean and walking through the hotel felt like walking through an art museum; it was beautiful.

Was not great, never even was asked about a refund of any kind for the inconvenience.

Really nice location, rooms were good

I was staying at the property for a colonoscopy I was having on Monday so a functional bathroom was a must. Toilet broke and we had to switch rooms. We went from a king bed, jacuzzi tub, living room, to a tiny queen room with two beds. It was upsetting to say the least. I don’t think I would recommend this hotel.

Fabulous and enjoyable

This hotel has a little of everything to make your stay enjoyable. Breakfast was outstanding.

The pillows could use more cushion and the sheets could be soft.

see above. very disappointed with the rate for the room we got. we’ve loved this hotel in the past but will probably not

I reserved and paid for a king with balcony and got a ground floor due to having pets. I would have assumed for the price it would have at least been ground floor facing the river but it was an ugly parking lot view. I paid $475. The room was not nearly up to any high enough standard to justify that rate.

Overall the hotel is always great! The location is awesome for spring/summer seasons.

The included breakfast for Easter morning was delicious! Usually when we stay, the pastries are old and stale. This time they were fresh and delicious. If they continue as that quality, you will see us more often :-)

The bathroom vent fan sounded like it was sick (vibrating and sounding like it was going to quit)

Overpriced for the condition of the hotel.

Desperatley needs updating in rooms and bathrooms. lobby was very smoky.

Restful

Our room was clean. The staff, especially the pool/gym attendee was courteous and asked how we were enjoying our stay. The hallway art was beautiful and interesting. Thank you for a great stay! We'll stay again sometime.

Nice hotel

Better in summer…when the poolside restaurant is open. I like that it’s only 2 stories. Nice breakfast buffet.

We had to move again during this visit. A problem with the shower. But they moved us upstairs when we also told them we heard stomping over our heads at night. When they do refurbish, sound insulation would be helpful.

Okay, waste of money.

I loved the lobby and the vibes within the actual hotel

Like I said water was literally dripping all night long and for how much I paid for my room I was definitely upset by the end of it …

I highly recommend this hotel, their staff is top notch!!

It’s in a great location - only about a 5min drive to downtown or Hyde Park. They also offer a complimentary shuttle service to anywhere within a 5-6 mile radius during your stay. It was wonderful and all the drivers were so friendly and helpful! Special shout-out to our shuttle drivers Cheryl, Steve, & Ashton and to hotel staff Morgan, Daisy, & Dominick!

The photos of the rooms seem a little deceiving, but they were still nice and comfortable.

My Quick Review

It was a hotel that felt like a resort.

The on-site construction made it a little difficult navigating around, but the weather was really nice so we ended walking outside around the hotel, to get from one place to another.
