The hotel was great for us after landing at nearby LAX and spending a couple of days near the beach area of Santa Monica/Venice these were about 15 min walk. Found a great cafe Tartine up the road.

I was first happy that they had direct TV.
When I turned the RV on to watch the Dodger game I could not get channel 690 to watch the game. So I missed
the game.

The property was very clean and well kept. We were very comfortable and pleased.
Our only concern was with the shower. The water pressure was extremely low and it took five minutes to get any warm water.

Friendly staff, very clean room, free parking available (although this is on a first come, first serve basis and the car park is quite small). While LA is so large and spread out, the location was fairly central for the sights we wished to see and the area felt safe.
While clean, the interior of the room and especially the bathroom felt quite dated. It was also quite noisy, especially around the bedroom door however free ear plugs were provided. While free parking is advertised (and was one of the primary reasons we chose this property), the car park is very small and as parking is on a first come, first serve basis, it can be difficult to get a spot. As an alternative, on-street parking is available on Pine Street adjacent to the property, however this is metered and is only free between 18:00 - 09:00 (and on Sundays), so if you parked there at night you would have to be up early to move it in order to avoid charges. Our bedroom was on the upper mezzanine and there was no elevator which wasn’t ideal as we had heavy luggage with us.
