TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED

I cannot tell. Even though we had a reservation and a confirmation when we arrived at the hotel, they told us they didn't have rooms available!! Unacceptable!! It was 2 in the morning and we had to go out and find another hotel. The lady didn't care about our confirmation even though we had advised upon reservation that we would be arriving at 11 pm and then, we had sent two messages updating our arrival time. We showed the messages to her, she said we should have called. Why?? We had a confirmation already! She said that the messages go to Booking and that they don't communicate with them. VERY DISAPPOINTED. No other hotel around had vacancies so we ended up sleeping in the car in a Walmart parking. We DON'T RECOMMEND this hotel to anyone since they are not reliable. Just drive to a Walmart parking and save the money!!

That they DID NOT ACKNOWLEDGE our reservation confirmation.

Thankfully my stay was for one night and only for work otherwise we would have left.

staff was nice.

charged me for the room even though it was prepaid through booking.com. quickly resolved that issue by reversing charge. Roaches, stains, very dirty floors. there was a dead roach in the fridge. there were living roaches in the bathroom. Bath tub had hair in it. Bed had stains and no real blanket provided. just a very thin curtain like cover.

Shower.

Lock on door was broken, AC did not work, door did not completely close, bathroom wall not painted completely, no ventilation in bathroom. bed very uncomfortable, pillows thin as a feather. 👎

The dirtiest so call hotel we ever have experienced

it was very late and the hotel we have made reservations, said they’d overbooked us so this one was taking recercsfion and had rooms …. so availabity

it was dirty, carpet was grimmysheets had spots cockroaches seen, dusty and grim in bathroom, water tasted nasty. sink and toilet had open drain and stuff stuck in drains. there was 3/4 inch opening from the outside door to floor and anything could crawl in the heater when came on was klanky and smelled so bad ..and we w were so afraid it’d catch fire or ? that we finally turned it off and the room was cold the rest of night. they gave us a 19 percent discount and still charged 102.00 for the room. the lobby has a window that looks like the glass has dropped 2 inches and it is just raw glass witty a 2 inches open at top . I wish I had taken pictures to show you someone from booking needs to go see this place it is a nightmare amd needs to be removed from options given. the sign outside said 42 inch rv and it probably was that size . that part was honest and that was it .
